James Cameron...has he done it agin?

Writer-Director James Cameron has done it again with his latest masterpiece "Avatar." At least that's what I thought heading into a screening of the now global popular movie. Cameron delivers heavy on visuals which are without a doubt which should earn him an oscar nod for sure. Will he win Best Screenplay, I don't think so. First off I don't even think of the idea as original because it reminds me of the smurfs on steroids.

Cameron still has it!
James Cameron has spent the last couple of years working on the recently released "Avatar". After watching the film, I have to say it wasn't a bad movie, but it wasn't a good movie either.

Although, the movie was amazing, the dialogue was very cheesy at times. As far as the story, in a nutshell you basically get to see the smurfs all grown up living in a world with no oxygen. The problem occurs when the government lead by Gargamel aka Stephen Lang who plays Colonel Miles Quaritch decide to invade their home planet.

They decide to incorporate an experimental program in which they take people and through simulation turn them into smurfs as well. Problem occurs when Jake aka Sam Worthington's characteer gets caught up between both worlds and falls in love with Smurfette.

They have this gigantic cowboys and Indians fight which looks really cool, but in reality everyone knows guns always win over knifes.

All in all Cameron has definetly set the 3d trend to a level in which it will be around for a long time.

"Nerves"

Today I was in class, and I was thinking abou the fact that next week is basically the end of my school semester. I sat in history class this morning pondering if I was going to pass or fail this semester. I hate this time of year more so because it feels like that moment in " Saw" when doctor Gordon is telling Jigsaw his test results. I know I probably shouldn't feel so nerve struck right now, but I can't help it. It happens all the time, and in the inside all I can hear is my self conscious screaming: Nerves...Nerves! Like it the horror movies when the zombies yell brains. ( I'll pass though, I hope).
